    ABSTRACT
The complexity of society at a global level, traversed by a pandemic and an economic crisis, has an impact on human relations, evidencing inequalities, discrimination, conflicts and violent behavior in family, school and community contexts, which affect human development and the quality of life in the society. Educational scientific activity, from research projects, master's theses and doctorates, has contributed to responding to these social problems. In this work, experiences in science management are exposed, focused on the preparation of educators for the fulfillment of their guiding function, which favors the development of life learning to face emerging social problems. It starts from the problem referred to as ¿How to contribute to the preparation of teachers for educational guidance based on the personal - social development of students? It constitutes the objective of the work: To expose practical proposals, supported by a modeling of the training dynamics of teachers for the guidance work, focused on the training-self-training relationships, from the beginning of the double training of educators. Starting from recognizing that educational orientation is at the base of all educational work, the following are assumed as formative nuclei: coexistence, life projects, life skills, school conflicts and metacognitive development. The contributions to the theory on these nuclei have materialized in strategies, methodologies and practical resources, which in the hands of educators have favored educational work in the university context and in the school context of pedagogical schools and other educational centers.
