    ABSTRACT
The pedagogical professional training is one of the most complex and weak processes, which are visualized in the teaching context of the different educational levels. In particular, the process of continuous or permanent training is needed more and more, of new pedagogical and didactic approaches to face the strategies of professional development, that guarantee a teacher with the basic pedagogical professional skills. The limitations and inadequacies in these moments require a curricular conception that from its design, development and evaluation allows the teacher a better psychopedagogical preparation to give answers to the demands of society today. Due to the need to contribute to the elimination of the shortcomings of the graduates of the pedagogical careers and to verify their decrease, through the development of the pedagogical - professional skills as evaluation, permanent and systematic expression of the improvement of the pedagogical performance of the teachers , is that the following Scientific Problem is identified and expressed: How to contribute to the development of pedagogical - professional skills in Primary Education teachers?
