    ABSTRACT
This article manifests itself in the need to raise the preparation of the psychopedagogue to attend to the community context from its competent performance. Emphasis is placed on the importance of local actors as members of the community network to create protective environments that promote neighborhood collaboration, coexistence, integration and social participation. It is expressed by revealing the educational and endogenous focus of the community educational orientation for attention to local human development. The objective of the proposal is: to contribute to the formation of community guidance competence in educational psychologists to improve their professional performance and promote protective environments in the link with the community network. The research uses various scientific methods such as: historical - logical, inductive - deductive, analysis - synthesis, system approach, documentary analysis, observation, surveys, interviews, case study, user and specialist criteria as well as methodological triangulation. The results obtained demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the training of said competence to promote protective environments, while it is possible to strengthen the accompaniment of local actors to joint work.
