    ABSTRACT
The work presented is conceived from knowledge management and the integrating role that Venezuelan territorial polytechnic universities play in this regard. In this sense, this performance is valued as a dynamic aspect of the relations of this type of universities with the institutions that produce science and technology in the territorial contexts, which points to the relevance of this integrating role in the interaction of a triad of Institutions that contribute to the socio-productive development in the Guanare municipality of the Portuguesa State. For this purpose, the state of relations among the territorial Polytechnic University, the Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Technology and the National Institute of Agricultural Research as state institutions participating in the corresponding investigation is diagnosed. Accordingly, phases are defined and exposed that, according to a social vision of management, contain and structure a system of actions that allows consolidating the integration and production of institutional synergies.
